College of Fine Arts Box Office & House Management

I am currently working as a paid staff member through the College of Fine Arts (CFA). I use the ticketing software, Tix, to make ticket sales to patrons. As a house manager, I ensure guests are seated comfortably in the venues, University Theatre, Strother Theatre, and Sursa Performance Hall. This also means I handle any discrepancies with ticketing or customer concerns before, during, and after the performance. My favorite memory so far has been working the CFA Dean's List event where we served breakfast and celebrated the Dean's List students.
