Ball State University Resident Assistant

As an RA I supervised a floor of approximately 68 students. In this role, I have gained extensive crisis management training. This included handling six crises within the first six weeks of the job. I create monthly programs to cater to the student's needs. Empathy, boundaries, and crisis management are just a few of the skills I have honed in on while in this position. My favorite memory of this job was creating my monthly bulletin board while my residents helped and hung out with me.
